These terms of use govern the use of the UED Institute website and its services, including content, courses, books and memberships.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Some content requires signing up via Google, Apple or email. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity through it.

We may suspend or cancel an account used to disrupt the site or to violate these terms.

The site offers several membership levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) at a recurring monthly price. The benefits of each level are listed on the pricing page.

Billing renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and access remains until the end of the paid billing period.

Payments are processed by an external payment provider. Prices may change with advance notice.

All content on the site — texts, books, courses, models, images and videos — is the property of the Institute or of third parties who licensed its use.

You may not copy, distribute, publish or make commercial use of the content without prior written permission.

You may not use the site in a way that could harm it, other users or third parties, including uploading offensive content, attempting to breach systems, or collecting information about users.

Notes and content you submit remain your responsibility. We may remove content that violates these terms.

The content on the site is provided as-is, for information and learning purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice.

The Institute shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

We may change the site, its content and services, and update these terms from time to time. An updated version will be published on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and jurisdiction is given to the courts of Israel.
